Marine ply board decking was installed throughout the area and covered with a fully adhered 'Firestone' EPDM rubber membrane. The 'Flordepot' green roofing system was then applied, this consisted of a build up of Geofabric fleece, nutifoam mats, extensive soil substrate and sedum plants.

Case Study 2: Flat Roof Blocks Preston

System:
After cleaning off the existing roof we assessed the damaged areas and replaced the substrate where required. A 'Firestone' EPDM rubber membrane, fully adhered system was applied to the whole area.

McLaw Roofing Ltd have been asked to assess a number of properties in the Preston area and strip off the existing roofs, replace damaged battens, re-felt and re-slate or re-tile as appropriate. Each property is unique making for interesting work, which includes sourcing the appropriate materials in keeping with the theme throughout the area.
