This system comes with a 10 to 20 year warranty which we will match with our workmanship. Firestone Rubbergard © EPDM does not contain any toxins or plasticizers and has been named ‘best choice’ for roofing membranes by the Green Building Digest and Greenpeace publication “Building the Future”.
This material resists UV, hydro static pressure and high temperatures, and is available in fire retardant, its semi permeable membrane will let moisture out which means it can be used to cover damp roofs without the need to strip off and dry out which makes it ideal for refurbishments as well as new build.
This system can be ballasted, fully adhered (recommended for green roofing) or mechanically anchored.
